Five years ago, we set out to solve loneliness. Turns out, that's a lonely quest.

We've built apps, scrapped apps, pivoted, unpivoted, and questioned everything along the way. The irony of spending years in isolation trying to help people feel less alone isn't lost on us.

But we've learned something: what people need isn't another way to connect with others. It's a way to hear themselves - really hear themselves - without the noise.
